While we strive to ensure pricing is accurate, errors can occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified before your order is dispatched, we will contact you before processing your order.

6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 business days, although customers should allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

As many items are vintage, antique, or unique, please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantrocol shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
