Vintage Royal Caselite Cigarette Case & Lighter Set c1950

A stylish vintage Royal Caselite cigarette case and lighter set dating to around the 1950s, presented with its original felt pouch. The case features an attractive engine-turned checkerboard pattern with a raised mid-century geometric motif to the front, giving it a classic period look.

Inside the case are spring arms designed to hold cigarettes securely, while the integrated removable lighter sits neatly in the side compartment. Finished in a polished gold-tone metal, this compact accessory reflects the elegant smoking accessories popular during the mid-20th century.

By pulling the snuffer cap on the lighter mechanism, the entire lighter assembly slides out of the top for refueling and flint replacement. The lighter cap automatically pops open when the case is closed.

Condition: Good vintage condition consistent with age and use. The gold-tone exterior shows very light surface wear and minor marks. The interior shows normal age-related use. The lighter mechanism appears is complete and working, but as mentioned will need flint and re-fuelling. Some light cosmetic wear to the felt pouch.
